Battle of the Box 2.0

The Qualifiers consist of 3 workouts, which you will need to complete and submit in the specified time frame (via Throwdown Hub - see below). They will be published on August 2 and 5. Pay close attention to the standards! Using text and images, we will explain how the various workouts are structured, how you can show yourself doing them, and what requirements your movements must meet. Should anything be missing, your participation may be declared invalid by the team at CrossFit Merchtem, who are represented by Laurens Goeman and Sven Geens.

Members only!

Anyone who is a member of our community can participate. However, the  number of places in the final are limited since we have to both take into account the capacity of our box, as well as any additional Coronavirus measures.

Registration

Participating in Battle of the Box 2.0 costs 25 euros (excluding administrative costs) per person. You will be sent a link via Wodify to register (invite only). You will also get something in return for this fee! Over the coming weeks, we will continue to work on:

• The option to reserve the entire Thermae Sports brasserie for those people who want to have something to eat and drink afterwards;
• A local after-party with incentives/vouchers to be given out upon presentation of your registration;
• Goodie bags for the participants, including personalised BOTB T-shirts for the finalists;
• Access to the wellness facilities at Thermae Sports on the day of the final;
• A great prize-giving ceremony and prize pot.
