They'll learn to move well in a fun-filled way, which is vitally important for a child's mental and physical development. Moving around produces endorphins, which mean kids suffer less stress, they feel better and can therefore perform better.
Kids will be split into two different age groups (7-12 years and 13-17 years) and they'll learn tricks of the trade that will prepare them for weight training when they get older.
Last but not least, CrossFit is a form of functional training. This means it can quite often be the perfect complement to another sport: your child becomes stronger, fitter and less prone to injury!

- 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.: Foundation Class + Teens
- 9.45 a.m. – 10.30 a.m.: Kids
- 10.30 a.m. – 11.30 a.m.: Foundation Class + Teens
